A non-refundable deposit for makeup is required to secure and hold the booking date for you.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
Booking deposits are "non refundable." If you need to postpone or change your booking date, the booking deposit will be transferred at my discretion depending on availability and notice. Upon cancellation, booking deposits will not be refunded. Due to unpredictable nature of weather, we do not offer refunds for cancellations to services affected by weather.
​If you are feeling unwell on the day of your booking or are displaying any symptoms of the flu, I reserve the right to refuse your application and a credit note valid for 12 months will be provided. If your are more than 20mins late for your in studio appointment with no notice your appointment will be cancelled and an invoice will be issued for full payment.
