Before my Appointment
Q: How should I prepare my skin prior to my appointment?
A: It is recommended you attend your appointment with a clean/fresh face. Your skin may be hydrated with facial moisturiser only.

Q: Can I wear lash extensions to my appointment?
A: Yes, lash extensions are suitable
Q: Can I have a lash lift prior to my appointment?
A: We do not recommend a lash lift prior to your appointment. Please note that false lashes cannot be applied to clients with a lash lift.

Q: How can I prepare my hair prior to my styling appointment?
A: It is recommended that your hair is freshly washed and dry prior to your appointment.
Q: I will have a fake or spray tan on. Can I have tan on my face?
A: We recommend avoiding fake or spray tan on your face as the tan can dry out your skin and create a patchy surface.
Q: I want to get a fake or spray tan prior to my makeup appointment. When is the best time to apply tan or get a spray tan?
A: We recommend you get a spray tan or apply fake tan at least 2 days prior to your scheduled makeup appointment.
Q: I want to get my facial waxing or threading done prior to my appointment. When is the best time to get this done?
A: We recommended you have facial waxing or threading done at least 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
Q: I want to have facial dermaplanning done prior to my appointment. When is the best time to get this done?
A: We recommend you get your dermaplanning done at least 1 week prior to your scheduled appointment.

Q: I have a preferred lipstick – can I bring my own lipstick to my appointment for application?
A: It is recommended you bring your own lipstick if you have a specific preference. Alternatively, if you do not have a preferred lipstick colour and/or brand, Erica has an abundance of lipstick options available for you.

Q: Should I bring a photo of my desired makeup look?
A: Yes. a photo of my work for inspiration purposes is preferred. Should you require inspiration, please visit the Instagram tab on Erica’s website or view Erica’s Instagram account.
Q: I have a preferred false lash that I usually wear – can I bring these lashes to my appointment to be applied?
A: Yes. if you have a preferred false lash it is recommended you bring this to your appointment for application.
Q: Can I request a hair styles other than curls or beach waves?
A: Unfortunately, only basic hair styling including soft curls and beachie waves are available. Up styles, blow dry and hair wash services are NOT available. ​
Q: How can I request Erica’s mobile makeup services?
A: Mobile services are ONLY available for parties of 4 or more people (Monday to Wednesday) and parties of 5 or more people (Thursday to Sunday). Mobile services cannot be booked through the website. To enquiry about Erica’s mobile services, please email info@ericacoffey.com
Q: Is there parking available at Erica’s studio?
A: Yes. There is amble free car parking available. Alternatively, there is street parking available.
Q: What should I wear to my makeup appointment?
A: To ensure your makeup remains maculate for your occasion and to avoid smudging, we recommend wearing clothing that may be easily removed over your head.
Q: What false lashes are available for my makeup application?
A: A selection of Model Rock individual lashes and strip lashes are available for application. All false lashes are complimentary.
Q: What is the duration of my appointment?
A: Makeup application usually takes approximately 60 minutes.
A: Hair and makeup application usually takes approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours, subject to the length and thickness of your hair.

Payment
Q: I have paid a deposit and the balance of my payment is outstanding – when is full and final payment due?
A: Payment for your appointment is due and payable upon completion of Erica’s service. You may pay in cash, direct deposit or card.
Q: Am I required to pay a deposit?
A: Yes, a deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not secured until payment of a deposit.
